Better than therapy. Aggressive on finding the source of the issue and gentle on addressing it, just one session brought clarity, catharsis and most importantly a way to move forward with self awareness and assurance. I struggled with traditional 'therapy' because it was mostly about rehashing my trauma and asking how I feel about it rather than actually giving me ways to cope. Instead one session with Vee equipped me with a way to integrate my emotions, conceptualise my journey and factors/variables that are outside of my limited perspective, and a truly grounding experience. I am a person who doesn't like making things about 'me' so it was refreshing to be able to see a wider scope from a spiritual perspective that felt both relevant in the moment but also esoterically ancient.
