Just the raw, sometimes hilarious, sometimes uncomfortable process of stripping back the disempowered bizarro-you and dragging your authentic genius-in-your-own-way self into the light where it belongs.

(And yes, there will be swearing. And laughing. And probably at least one moment where you think, “How the f*ck did she know that?”)

Why I do this:

- Because self-censorship and playing small is boring.
- Because your Shadow isn't your enemy; even if it acts like one.
- Because the parts you think disqualify you are secretly the ones that make you unstoppable.
- Because helping people take back their sovereignty and inner-power lights my fire.
- I believe the world needs more authentic people. People who know their own power; not just in theory, but in their bones. People who don't need to play perfect anymore because they know they're perfect in all their realness.

  • I’m allergic to small talk. (Bring me your existential crisis instead.)

  • I speak fluent inner chaos.

  • I think “alignment & authenticity” is real, but “love and light” is a trap if you’re using it to hide from yourself.

  • I have zero interest in turning you into a clone of me. My job is to make sure you leave feeling more like yourself than you ever have.
