I'm fluent in these languages:

My path led to this work because for most of my life I was metaphysically lost - I was at the whim of the energetic currents of the people and situations around me, looping again and again on the same stories, with little to no ability to self reflect, absorbing from external influences, trapped in the illusions of the Maya, compelled by social ‘obligations’ or manipulations, and operating out of my Shadow; my wounded inner child trying to get her needs met through the people around me. I was a people pleaser, forever trying to be “good” in order to not be “bad” and failing at it because when we operate from Shadow we’re inherently manifesting what we’re trying to avoid (and completely unconscious to all of this all the while).

Through my inner explorations & spiritual awakening what I discovered is that we’re our own worst enemy, because no matter who hurt us or why, we’re the ones who hold on to the aftermath and perpetuate it - our own self-limiting beliefs are keeping us small, and even though it can feel like safety for a time it’s far more painful to stay locked into these internal prisons.

I dug through mountains of ancestral & past-life karma, familial trauma, & ugly self reflections to find my true self again - and through this I earned (through tears, screams, and terror) an ingrained map of the unseen labyrinth of the Psyche. I’ve died a thousand times setting myself aflame and being reborn from the ashes. I offer this service to the collective because I know what it means to suffer in silence and existential confusion; to not know where the boundaries of self lie. It’s my highest passion to retrieve fragments of soul that were abandoned long ago in an effort to survive, and to guide others to rescue their inner child from the pain of repeating the same patterns over again.

I believe that we are all light & inherently free at our core, that we can find authenticity and integrity through facing & alchemising our own Shadows with love & understanding of their origins, and that a healthier more conscious collective is a direct result of this inner work we each opt into. I’ve lived the transformation myself, I’ve guided it in others, and I’ve seen physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing in spades when we’re prepared to lean in to surrendering to the process.
